Forex Capital Markets is seeking a consultant/trainer with experience in performance management and metrics. They must have proven experience creating and developing strategic plans, performance metrics and understanding the use of performance data.
This is a short term (3-6 months) project intended to provide leadership for implementing performance management strategies, related processes and initiatives that will enhance performance through the company in its entirety. This position will interact with all management levels within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Act as an internal consultant providing guidance on performance management strategies, technologies and processes.
• Communicate with management to recommend and implement performance management solutions and best practices that drive organizational performance.
• Understand FXCM’s business functions and the implications of performance management strategies and processes on business results.
• Identify and recommend suggested action steps based on analytic results, make recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate and lead performance management training as appropriate.
• Communicate how to build effective and sustainable working relationships.
• Promote FXCM’s leadership values.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years experience in progressive business environment.
• 5-7 years experience working as a consultant and/or analyst developing and implementing performance management strategies, metrics, technologies and processes.
• Proven project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and propose methodological solutions
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis
• Excellent analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated skills and effectiveness as a relationship builder and internal consultant.
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
• Advance degree and/or professional certification (OD, Human Performance Improvement, HR, etc.)
• Finance industry experience
